Hands-on review · battery, running and phone tests
Oppo Watch X3 has solid battery life and running performance, but its single 47 mm size and missing China features hold it back.
Likes- Battery life of several days in normal use
- Fast GPS and running data, close to Huawei's
- Charger has a USB-C port for easy charging
- Over 100 sport modes, ECG and dual-band GPS
Dislikes- Only one case size, 47 mm, which is large for smaller wrists
- China version lacks eSIM and blood pressure features
- Showed an incompatibility message with a OnePlus 15T on Chinese ColorOS
- Charger uses pins rather than being fully magnetic

Dislikes- Heart-rate data takes three to four seconds to update when pace changes

- Clean companion app with no ads and deep customisation
Dislikes- Processor barely improved over the previous model
- Needs Wi-Fi for calls, with no 4G or eSIM support
