Verdict

The Huawei Watch D is a specialized health-focused smartwatch featuring a 1.64-inch AMOLED display (456 x 280 resolution, 326 PPI) encased in a durable graphite black aluminum frame. Its standout characteristic is the medically certified wrist-based blood pressure monitoring system, which utilizes a built-in mini pump and an inflatable airbag strap to provide readings with a margin of error within ±3 mmHg. Additional core specs include a high-performance ECG sensor, SpO2 monitoring, skin temperature detection, IP68 water resistance, and a 451mAh battery providing up to 7 days of typical use. Main pros include its advanced, calibration-free blood pressure and heart health tracking, solid 7-day battery life, and integration of over 70 workout modes. However, notable cons include its bulky, boxy design necessitated by the internal pump, the lack of a built-in speaker or microphone for Bluetooth calls, no support for third-party apps, and limited water protection that is not suitable for swimming.
