The Rowenta X-Ô 160 is described by 20 Minutes as a highly convincing, innovative hybrid that combines the high suction power of a traditional canister vacuum with the convenience of a cordless stick vacuum. Key advantages include exceptional maneuverability for cleaning stairs and long, comfortable runtimes provided by two removable batteries. While praised for its performance, the design requires users to pull the base unit, which may be considered a disadvantage by those accustomed to traditional, single-unit stick vacuums.

The Rowenta X-Ô 160 is an innovative cordless hybrid vacuum cleaner that combines the strong suction power and large capacity of a traditional canister vacuum with the flexibility of a stick model. Its primary advantages include a powerful suction of up to 230 Air Watts, an exceptional battery runtime of up to two hours and forty minutes using two removable batteries, very quiet operation ranging from 61 dB to 69 dB, and smooth 360-degree maneuverability. Conversely, disadvantages involve a heavy weight of approximately 6 kg, the absence of a built-in digital screen, a floor nozzle that struggles on certain textures, and a dust-emptying process that lacks optimal hygiene.

The Homap review describes the Rowenta X-Ô cordless canister vacuum as a powerful and exceptionally quiet device ideal for large spaces, highlighting its strong suction, accurate battery life, and innovative, remote-controlled handle. However, the analysis notes significant drawbacks, including a bulky design that is cumbersome in tight spaces, a poorly placed main power switch, and a "Boost" mode that requires continuous manual activation.
