Verdict

The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 LTE Aluminium 44mm is a lightweight, fitness-focused smartwatch featuring a 1.4-inch Super AMOLED display (360x360 resolution) protected by Corning Gorilla Glass DX+. Powered by the Exynos 9110 dual-core processor and running Tizen OS, this model includes 1.5GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, and built-in LTE for standalone calling and messaging. It is equipped with advanced health sensors including an 8-photodiode heart rate monitor, ECG capabilities, and a 340mAh battery that typically lasts up to two days. Key pros include the innovative haptic touch bezel for intuitive navigation, a comfortable 30g aluminium build, and comprehensive tracking for over 39 workouts with 5ATM water resistance and MIL-STD-810G durability. However, notable cons include the lack of modern Wear OS app support, inconsistent fitness tracking accuracy for certain high-intensity activities, and the upcoming end of major software support for the Tizen platform.
