  • Fast 67W wired charging, with the charger included in the box, and compatibility with other PD3 fast chargers.

  • Generally good picture quality from the main 64MP camera in good lighting conditions.
  • Smooth and reliable daily performance with the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor and 8GB RAM.
  • User-friendly ColorOS 13.1 interface, although it comes with some bloatware.

What we don't like about Oppo Reno10 5G (8GB + 256GB)

  • Underwhelming camera performance in low-light/indoor conditions, with images sometimes appearing dull, grainy, or hazy.
  • Significant amount of pre-installed bloatware apps (ColorOS) that need to be uninstalled.
  • Performance not as powerful as some similarly priced competitors like the Xiaomi 12T or Google Pixel 7a.
  • Camera app can sometimes lag when opening or recording video.
  • No official water resistance rating (beyond basic splash resistance) or durable screen protection like Gorilla Glass.
  • The ultrawide camera (8MP) lacks detail compared to the main lens.

Verdict

The Oppo Reno10 is a mid-range 5G smartphone with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC. Its main characteristics include a large 6.7-inch, 120Hz 3D curved AMOLED display (FHD+ resolution) and a versatile rear camera system featuring a 64MP main sensor, a 32MP telephoto portrait lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. A substantial 5000mAh battery with 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging provides all-day power and speedy top-ups, with the charger even included in the box. The primary cons are that the phone has no official IP rating for water or dust resistance, the ultrawide camera performance is underwhelming, and the ColorOS software comes with a significant amount of pre-installed bloatware.
