Reviews last updated: July 2026 · How we calculate this

What we like about Samsung WB350F Smart Camera

  • Powerful 21x optical zoom is very useful for travel and general shooting
  • Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity make sharing photos quick and convenient
  • The 3-inch touchscreen is responsive and easy to navigate
  • Compact retro-styled design with faux-leather finish looks attractive
  • Manual exposure modes are a welcome feature in this class
  • Includes unusual smart features such as Baby Monitor mode

What we don't like about Samsung WB350F Smart Camera

  • Image noise becomes obvious once ISO climbs beyond low settings
  • Low-light image quality is fairly weak
  • There is no electronic viewfinder for bright outdoor framing
  • Startup and autofocus can feel slower than expected
  • No external charger is included in the box
  • Barrel distortion at the widest focal length is noticeable

Verdict

The Samsung WB350F is a stylish, 16.3-megapixel compact camera featuring a 1/2.3-inch BSI CMOS sensor and a versatile 21x optical zoom lens with a 23mm wide-angle focal range (f/2.8-5.9). Its core characteristics include a 3-inch hybrid hVGA touchscreen, 1080p Full HD video recording at 30fps, and extensive SMART connectivity via built-in Wi-Fi and NFC with 'Tag & Go' technology. Main pros consist of its sharp long-range lens, effective optical image stabilization, and a highly responsive touchscreen interface wrapped in a premium leatherette design. However, notable cons include excessive image noise at higher ISO settings, poor low-light performance, slow startup times, and the lack of a dedicated micro-HDMI port for direct video output.
