What we like about Potensic ATOM LT

  • About 40 minutes per battery, up to 80 with two
  • Under 249 g with EU C0 class
  • GPS return-to-home, follow-me and waypoints
  • Brushless motors and good wind resistance
  • PixSync 2.0 link up to about 4 km

What we don't like about Potensic ATOM LT

  • Small 1/3-inch 4 MP sensor
  • Only electronic stabilisation, no gimbal
  • Video limited to 2.5K/30 fps
  • Low-resolution live view

Verdict

The Potensic ATOM LT is the brand's entry-level GPS drone, built for beginners who want reliable flying basics under 249 g. Its 3000 mAh battery is rated for about 40 minutes, and the bundle with two batteries is sold as offering up to 80 minutes in total. GPS brings return-to-home, follow-me tracking and waypoint flights, and brushless motors with C0 class status keep it stable and simple to fly legally in the EU. The camera is the compromise: a 1/3-inch 4 MP sensor records 2.5K/30 fps with electronic rather than mechanical stabilisation, so footage is fine for social media but softer than gimbal drones. PixSync 2.0 carries video up to about 4 km, and the drone resists winds of around 10.7 m/s. For learning to fly on a budget with long battery life, it is an easy choice.
