Verdict

The Xiaomi Watch S1 is a premium smartwatch featuring a 1.43-inch AMOLED display (466x466 resolution, 326 ppi) protected by scratch-resistant sapphire glass and housed in a 316L stainless steel case. Key characteristics include 5 ATM water resistance, dual-band multi-system GPS, 117 fitness modes, and comprehensive health tracking for heart rate, SpO2, and sleep. Its main pros are the elegant, high-quality build materials, a vibrant always-on display, and an impressive battery life of up to 12 days in typical use or 24 days in power-saving mode, complemented by convenient wireless charging. However, notable cons include an inability to respond to notifications directly from the wrist, inconsistent heart rate accuracy during high-intensity exercise, and limited third-party app support compared to major competitors.
