  • Grey dial and hands are hard to read, especially at night, and the glass reflects in daylight; the black version is nearly illegible.4
  • Notifications often stop, and some owners must factory reset and re-pair the watch with their phone about every two weeks to fix it.4
  • Owners say Withings support is hard to reach and slow, with one buyer's replacement request stalling over more than 100 emails without resolution.4
  • Vibration is too weak to feel for notifications; the wake alarm buzzes only six or seven times, then stops, so it fails to wake you.3
  • Some watches start losing time within six months, and owners report needing factory resets about every two weeks; one buyer also mentions frozen watches.3
