Verdict

The Huawei Watch GT Elegant Edition is a refined, smaller-scale smartwatch featuring a 42mm stainless steel case with a unique ceramic bezel and a vibrant 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen (390 x 390 resolution). Designed for slimmer wrists, it incorporates high-end hardware including built-in GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO support, an optical heart rate sensor with TruSeen 3.0 technology, and 5ATM water resistance. Main pros include its premium, lightweight design (36.2g without strap), accurate multi-satellite positioning, and a respectable 7-day battery life under typical use, which outperforms many traditional smartwatches. However, its Lite OS software lacks third-party app support and NFC for mobile payments, while the user interface can occasionally experience lag during navigation.
