Verdict

The Honor Watch 4 is an affordable, square-faced smartwatch featuring a 1.75-inch AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate and 450 x 390 resolution, housed in a durable 6-series aluminum alloy frame. Key characteristics include a 451mAh battery supporting up to 14 days of typical use, 5ATM water resistance, built-in GPS, and 4GB of internal storage for music. Its primary strengths are a lightweight 32g design, fluid touch interface, and comprehensive health tracking (SpO2, heart rate, sleep, and stress), alongside Bluetooth calling capabilities via its integrated speaker and microphone.
