  • Limited third-party app support and no integration with major music services like Spotify.

Verdict

The Amazfit GTS 2 is a lightweight (24.7g) smartwatch featuring a 1.65-inch AMOLED display with a 341 PPI pixel density and a 3D curved bezel-less design. Key characteristics include 5 ATM water resistance, 3GB of internal music storage, and a comprehensive health suite powered by the BioTracker 2 PPG sensor for SpO2, stress, and 24-hour heart rate monitoring. Its main pros are the vibrant always-on display, built-in GPS, Amazon Alexa integration, and the ability to answer Bluetooth phone calls directly via its integrated speaker and microphone. However, notable cons include a battery life that often falls short of the advertised 7 days—sometimes lasting only 3 to 4 days with heavy use—limited third-party app support, and a lack of advanced messaging reply options.
