  • Large and vibrant 1.91-inch HD display with smooth touch response
  • Reliable Bluetooth calling featuring a single-chip connection and AI noise cancellation
  • Premium metallic design that is durable and visually appealing
  • Comprehensive health monitoring including SpO2, 24/7 heart rate, and sleep tracking

  • Highly water and dust resistant with an IP68 rating

What we don't like about Boat Storm Connect Plus

  • Companion app experience can be inconsistent or poor according to some users
  • Health sensors like blood pressure monitoring may act as 'algorithmic gimmicks' rather than providing medical-grade accuracy
  • Lack of advanced navigation sensors such as a built-in GPS, compass, or barometer
  • In-app advertisements can be distracting for some users

Verdict

The boAt Storm Connect Plus is a budget-friendly smartwatch featuring a large 1.91-inch HD display with 550 nits of peak brightness and a 2.5D curved glass design. Its standout characteristic is single-chip Bluetooth calling enhanced by the ENxâ„¢ algorithm for AI noise cancellation, alongside comprehensive health monitoring including SpO2 and 24/7 heart rate tracking. Key pros include a robust IP68 dust and water resistance rating, a long battery life of up to 10 days (roughly 7 days in normal mode), and bilingual support for both Hindi and English. However, it lacks built-in GPS and an Always-On Display (AOD), and some users note the absence of a calculator or built-in games.
