  • High-quality Bluetooth calling with stable connectivity and clear audio through the built-in speaker and mic.
  • Strong battery performance, often lasting 7–10 days on a single charge with normal usage.
  • Accurate multi-system standalone GPS for tracking outdoor activities without a phone.
  • Comprehensive health monitoring, including 24/7 heart rate, SpO2, and reliable stress tracking.
  • Comfortable and lightweight design (41.5g) with skin-friendly, detachable silicone straps.

What we don't like about Realme Watch 3 Pro

  • Limited Always-On Display (AOD) customisation, currently restricted to only two predefined styles.
  • Inconsistent sleep tracking that occasionally misidentifies resting as naps.
  • Lack of an ambient light sensor, requiring users to adjust screen brightness manually.
  • Software and app experience (realme Link) can feel cluttered or buggy, with occasional notification drops.
  • Underwhelming aesthetic design that some reviewers find indistinguishable from other budget smartwatches.
  • Relatively thick bezels around the display compared to premium models.

Verdict

The Realme Watch 3 Pro is a feature-rich budget smartwatch featuring a 1.78-inch AMOLED curved display with a 368 x 448 resolution, 500 nits peak brightness, and a smooth 50-60FPS refresh rate. Key characteristics include multi-system standalone GPS for phone-free tracking, AI-enhanced Bluetooth calling with a built-in speaker and dual microphones, and comprehensive health monitoring for SpO2, 24/7 heart rate, stress, and sleep. Its main pros are the vibrant Always-On Display, a long-lasting 345mAh battery providing up to 10 days of typical use, and support for over 110 sports modes with professional Cywee algorithms. However, notable cons include a plastic build that lacks a premium metal feel, the absence of an ambient light sensor for auto-brightness, and relatively thick bezels surrounding the screen.
