What we like about Holy Stone HS320

Verdict

The Holy Stone HS320 is not a camera drone at all but a bubble drone for children. It flies around blowing soap bubbles, which turns a garden afternoon into a game for younger kids. There is no camera, GPS or app, just a simple transmitter with altitude hold and headless mode, so even small children can keep it under control. Brushless motors are unusual at this price and make it more durable than typical toy drones. An 1800 mAh battery gives up to 15 minutes of flight, and the box includes two batteries. The control range of around 80 m is enough for a park or backyard. Bubble liquid adds mess and needs refilling, and the 209 g body is heavier than palm-sized toys. As a playful gift rather than a flying camera, it does its job well.
