What we like about NetHunt CRM

  • Operates natively inside Gmail, turning your inbox into a fully functional CRM platform.
  • Effortless customer record creation and email association without leaving the email client.
  • Automated email sequences with open tracking, link clicks, and automated follow-ups.
  • Shared team access to customer communication histories directly from Google Workspace.

What we don't like about NetHunt CRM

  • Completely dependent on Google Workspace and unusable with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Standalone mobile and web applications offer a more limited feature experience.
  • Reporting analytics are basic compared to full standalone relational database CRMs.

Verdict

NetHunt CRM is an inbox-centric customer relationship management system natively built inside Google Workspace and Gmail, allowing sales and support teams to organize leads, close deals, and track pipeline metrics without leaving their email client. It provides visual pipeline boards, customizable CRM records, automated drip campaigns, and automated data entry directly from incoming emails. Its key pros include zero context switching for dedicated Google Workspace users, intuitive email campaign automation, and flexible workflow triggers. On the downside, it offers limited functionality for organizations running on Microsoft 365, lacks built-in telephony or e-signature tools, and can experience slower loading with exceptionally large contact lists.
