What owners dislike

  • Owners say heart rate and SpO2 often fail on the wrist, worst with hairy wrists, and a finger on the sensor gives a reading.22
  • Owners see 'stop server' or 'device bound by another person' errors at login. One says locking the app in recent apps stops disconnects.19
  • Owners say messaging app alerts don't reach the watch even with all app permissions on. Often only call alerts arrive.17
  • Owners say the screen stays black and the watch only vibrates while charging, and it may turn off after notifications until reset.16
