Reviews score

Reviews score
✕
What it is
Average grade from independent test sites, magazines and video reviewers, 1–10.
How we count it
Grades: Each review's own score is converted to 1–10; without one, we grade the review ourselves. Big test sites count more, short reviews half as much as full tests. A video review counts half.
Score: The average grade is 80% of the review mark; the number of reviews is the other 20% (1 review = 5, the typical number in this category = 8, the most-reviewed model = 10).
Enough data: With few reviews, the average grade is pulled toward the typical grade of this category. No reviews yet: 7.2 for now.
Share: Reviews count 25% of the overall score.

Third-party reviews

What we like about Beafon Fit20F

  • 25 days of rated battery life means very few charges.
  • At 9.7 g it is barely noticeable on the wrist, even overnight.
  • IP68 rating protects it from rain and sweat.
  • A blood pressure monitor is an uncommon extra.
  • 100 exercises and multi-sport mode cover many activities.
  • Fast and slow heart rate alerts help you pace a session.

What we don't like about Beafon Fit20F

  • There is no display, so the band shows no numbers on the wrist.
  • There is no wireless charging, so it needs a cable.
  • The 180 mAh battery is small, so long life depends on light use.
  • The fabric band feels softer than rubber and suits casual wear.

Verdict

A 9.7 g fabric band with 25 days of battery life, the Beafon Fit20F is light enough to forget on the wrist. The battery is small at 180 mAh, yet it is rated for 25 days. Heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep tracking are all built in, and a blood pressure monitor is an uncommon extra. It also counts steps and calories, and it lists 100 exercises with multi-sport mode. It is rated IP68 for water, so rain and sweat do no harm. The trade-off is what it leaves out. There is no display, no color screen and no wireless charging. Vibrating alerts and a silent alarm work without a screen. It suits someone who wants simple tracking and long battery life, and does not need a screen.
