What owners dislike

  • 3D playback often fails: the player or projector does not recognise the disc or signal, and 3D films turn green.7
  • After a few months or two years the laser stops lighting, the LED blinks, and owners cannot find replacement parts or repair.6
  • Picture looks dark and blacks look washed out unless the room is fully dark, and HDR can make films too dim to see.6
  • Owners report dead or stuck pixels within about a year, and autofocus or optics failing after a few months.6
