Verdict

The Corsair Scimitar Elite Wireless is a specialized MMO gaming mouse featuring 16 programmable buttons, including a patented 12-button Key Slider side panel that can be repositioned to fit various thumb reaches. It is equipped with the Corsair Marksman 26,000 DPI optical sensor, optical switches rated for 100 million clicks, and versatile tri-mode connectivity via sub-1ms Slipstream 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, or USB-C. Weighing 114g, it offers up to 150 hours of battery life and smooth gliding with 100% PTFE feet. Main pros include its highly customizable ergonomics, exceptional sensor accuracy, and extensive macro capacity for complex rotations. Notable cons include its significant weight compared to modern FPS-focused mice, its large right-handed-only design which may be bulky for smaller hands, and a reliance on the potentially complex iCUE software for full feature access.
