Verdict

The ASUS ROG Harpe Ace Extreme is a premium, 47-gram wireless gaming mouse featuring a high-strength carbon fiber composite shell and a pro-tested symmetrical shape. It is equipped with the ROG AimPoint Pro optical sensor offering up to 42,000 DPI sensitivity, ROG Optical Micro Switches rated for 100 million clicks, and supports a true 8,000 Hz wireless polling rate via the included ROG Polling Rate Booster. Main pros include its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, high-precision tracking on various surfaces (including glass), and a rich accessory kit containing Gorilla Glass feet and a custom carry case. However, notable cons include its very high $250 price tag, relatively stiff scroll wheel, and battery life that is lower than some competitors, especially when operating at high polling rates.
