The Glorious GMMK 3 is an ultra-premium, 81-key mechanical keyboard that wins the PCMag Editors' Choice award for its near-infinite factory and aftermarket customizability. Built using an online configurator, buyers can fully personalize the keyboard's layout (65%, 75%, or 100%), frame materials like dual-section aluminum or plastic, connectivity options, and aesthetic elements like RGB-backlit magnetic badges. The specific GMMK 3 Pro HE configuration tested by PCMag features a heavy brass switch plate, hot-swappable magnetic Raptor MX switches with 55g of actuation force, per-key RGB lighting, and dual Mac/Windows compatibility. The Glorious GMMK 3 HE, reviewed by MKAU Gaming, is a highly customizable, durable magnetic switch keyboard available in multiple layouts, featuring impressive three-zone RGB and smooth, stock Fox HE switches. Its core strength lies in software-driven Hall Effect performance, offering 8,000Hz polling and adjustable key actuation points, alongside extensive hot-swappable, future-proofed modification options. While the keyboard offers unparalleled customization, the review highlights an "eye-watering" price tag exceeding $300 and notes the stock switches may not suit everyone, potentially requiring further investment to achieve the desired feel. The device provides excellent, accessible profile switching and, despite the cost, stands out as a premium, long-term peripheral investment.

The Glorious GMMK 3 Pro 75% review highlights a premium, highly versatile mechanical keyboard that sets itself apart through exceptional stability and customization depth. A major standout feature is its heavy, CNC-machined full aluminum chassis, which provides a premium feel and keeps the board anchored during intense gaming sessions. Performance-wise, it delivers low-latency wireless and wired connectivity, vibrant south-facing RGB lighting, and clean acoustics with a satisfying, gasket-mounted typing bounce free of metallic ping. The 75% layout effectively balances a compact footprint—ideal for quick mouse movements—with full work and play functionality. Its extensive physical modularity allows users to easily alter the case colors, knobs, badges, and switch types (supporting both 3-pin and 5-pin variants) without soldering. Despite receiving an overall score of 9/10, the reviewer notes specific drawbacks to consider before purchasing. The keyboard's significant physical weight, while beneficial for desktop stability, is a potential disadvantage for users looking for a highly portable device. Additionally, the review explicitly highlights that the GMMK 3 Pro is not a simple plug-and-play device meant for someone who never intends to tweak it. Fully...

The Glorious GMMK 3 HE is a highly modular 75% enthusiast keyboard that serves as an entry point into deep hardware customisation, though its out-of-the-box experience leaves much to be desired for its $190/£190 price tag. On the positive side, it features an incredibly clever modular design that is easy to disassemble with the included tools, allowing users to swap between standard mechanical and magnetic switches seamlessly. However, the base model suffers from prominent design and software flaws that make it feel significantly overpriced next to competitors like the ASUS ROG Strix Scope II Wireless. The default chassis is made of cheap-feeling plastic that exhibits flex and creates an irritating rustling noise under torsion due to a low-quality internal foam dampening layer. Additionally, the configuration software is old-school, unintuitive, and prone to forgetting user...

Tested in its 75% layout ($189), the keyboard offers premium gaming features like Rapid Trigger, an 8,000Hz polling rate to minimize input lag, and adjustable actuation depths down to a highly responsive 0.1mm. It provides a cushioned typing feel through its gasket mount design and features vibrant, powerful north-facing RGB lighting with additional side light strips. Buyers can also heavily customize the board at checkout, selecting specific cases, plates, and switches. However, the reviewer finds the keyboard very difficult to recommend due to its poor value for money and surprisingly cheap, plasticky ABS plastic construction. The default GPBT shine-through keycaps feel hollow and tacky, while the top case suffers from noticeable wiggle room. Furthermore, it is under-specced compared to cheaper magnetic rivals, lacking key gaming features like customizable SOCD (Snap Tap) resolution. While checkout customization is a nice concept, the pricing is described as "wild" and "robbery," with basic aesthetic upgrades...
