Verdict

The McCulloch MC1230 is a compact, 900-watt handheld steam cleaner featuring a 6-ounce (177 ml) direct-fill water tank that heats up in under 3 minutes to produce chemical-free steam over 200°F at up to 58 PSI. Key pros include its lightweight 3-pound design, a generous 15-foot power cord paired with a 34-inch extension hose for extended reach, an optional lockable trigger for continuous steam, and a versatile package of 11 included accessories for home and auto detailing. However, main cons include a short 10-minute continuous runtime per fill and the lack of a continuous-refill capability, requiring the pressurized system to cool completely before refilling.
