Verdict

The McCulloch MC1275 is a heavy-duty canister steam cleaner operating on 1500 watts of power with a 43 PSI steam pressure capacity. It features a 48-ounce water reservoir that heats up to over 200°F in approximately 8 minutes, delivering up to 45 minutes of continuous, chemical-free steam at a rate of 33 to 37 grams per minute. Major pros include a versatile 18-piece accessory kit, an on-demand steam lock switch, a generous 15.7-foot power cord paired with a 10-foot steam hose for excellent reach, and robust sanitising performance on grease and grout. However, notable cons include its loud operating noise at the nozzle, the absence of an integrated cord or hose storage wrap, and the fact that its all-plastic wheels and body can feel somewhat cheap and susceptible to chipping.
