Verdict

The NuPhy Air60 V2 is an ultra-portable 60% low-profile mechanical keyboard with hot-swappable Gateron switches, QMK/VIA support, and tri-mode connectivity over Bluetooth 5.1, 2.4GHz, and USB-C. Its aluminum-and-polycarbonate body, double-shot PBT keycaps, and improved internal damping help it deliver a surprisingly refined typing experience in a very slim 64-key format. Main strengths include excellent portability, strong battery life, broad Mac and Windows compatibility, and the flexibility to sit directly over some laptop keyboards. Main drawbacks are the lack of dedicated function keys, a shortened right Shift that can take adjustment, and no onboard storage slot for the 2.4GHz dongle.
