Verdict

PKM WT8+5 supports up to 8kg washing and 5kg drying, with 13 wash programs including Eco 40–60, Steam Refresh+ and Hygiene Steam+. It guarantees precise load management thanks to automatic load balancing and uses only 47 kWh for 100 wash cycles, positioning itself well below typical energy consumption. Steam technology improves fabric hygiene by reducing allergens, and the Aqua Stop system offers additional protection against leaks. The appliance is compact and lighter than most, making it suitable for smaller spaces. It also includes a 15 minute quick cycle, foam control, dryness level selection and a delayed start option for up to 24 hours. While it is efficient and practical, it lacks advanced features such as laundry detection, stain treatment and Wi-Fi. Drying is limited to three programs and the 5kg drying load may be limiting for larger families.
