Verdict

Hoover H-WASH&DRY 500 HDPD696AMBC offers advanced connectivity and automation with Wi-Fi control, voice commands and hOn app with over 60 programs and intelligent garment scanning. The 9kg washing and 6kg drying capacity handles large loads efficiently thanks to automatic Care-Dose dosing, KG MODE PLUS intelligent load detection and Sensor Drying technology. Advanced features include Power Care System pre-mixing technology, Active Balance vibration reduction and steam function to reduce creasing. The maximum spin speed is 1600 rpm and the washing operation is silent at 51 dB. Energy consumption is low at 49 kWh per 100 wash cycles with class A efficiency. The main disadvantages include high spin noise (80 dB), limited spin speed options (only 4 settings), higher water consumption (86L per combined cycle) and the absence of functions such as AquaStop protection and quick wash-dry programs.
