Verdict

The Neighbour's Friend Handheld Steam Cleaner is a compact, chemical-free sanitizing device powered by a 1050-watt heating capacity that operates at a strong 3.5 bar vapor pressure. Weighing approximately 1.3 kg, it features a 350 ml water tank (with a recommended 250 ml working capacity), a 4-meter power cable, and expels 28 g/min of continuous steam at a high operating temperature of 135°C after a quick 3-minute warm-up time. Its primary advantages include strong high-pressure output for effortless degreasing, multi-surface versatility spanning upholstery to car seats, and a comprehensive kit of 10+ utility attachments alongside convenient integrated features like a steam-on-demand trigger and a safety locking switch. However, it can cause hand fatigue during prolonged cleaning sessions due to minimal ergonomic upgrades, and the 350 ml tank size requires frequent refills during extended household jobs.
