What we don't like about CREATE Thera Drip

  • The tank cannot be removed, so you fill it where it stands.
  • There is no insulated carafe, so the coffee depends on the warming plate.
  • At 1.78 kg it is a bit heavy to shift around the kitchen.

Verdict

Twelve cups and a 1.65 L tank make the CREATE Thera Drip a good pick for a busy house. It is 17 cm wide, so it sits neatly on a shelf. The base is non-slip, and the parts are dishwasher-safe, so cleaning is less of a chore. Pre-ground coffee works, and the water level indicator shows when to refill. The trade-off is space and cable: at 27.3 cm deep it needs room, and the 75 cm cable means an outlet must be close. It suits a family or a small office where a whole pot disappears in one go. It switches itself off after 30 min, so you need not worry about a forgotten pot. A single heating element keeps things simple. The filter holder comes out for cleaning.
