What it is
Average grade from independent test sites, magazines and video reviewers, 1–10.
How we count it
Grades: Each review's own score is converted to 1–10; without one, we grade the review ourselves.

Third-party reviews

What we like about Electrolux EW6T562L SensiCare 600

  • At 39.7 cm wide, it suits a tight space.
  • Water use is 40 L per cycle.
  • Night/Silent option runs a load after bedtime.
  • Anti-crease and fast functions are included.
  • Self-cleaning function keeps the drum fresh.
  • Foam control system helps with suds.

What we don't like about Electrolux EW6T562L SensiCare 600

  • Energy use of 65 kWh per 100 cycles is high.
  • The spin reaches 78 dB.
  • There is no inverter motor.
  • The drum holds 6 kg, which limits big loads.
  • Only 5 temperature settings are available.

Verdict

The AEG L6TBG623 6000 Series LAVAMAT top-loading washing machine is a compact solution with a width of 40 cm and a total volume of 204,000 cm³. Water consumption is efficient at just 40 litres per cycle. The inverter motor has an extended 10-year warranty, and the automatic drum positioning feature makes loading easier. The Eco Time Save function speeds up washes. On the downside, energy consumption is high at 65 kWh per 100 cycles, and its energy class D rating is poor. Noise during spinning reaches 77 dB. The programs are limited to 10 basic options, and the 42-litre drum volume is small. It lacks modern features such as steam technology, self-cleaning, and unbalanced load detection. The AEG L6TBG623 6000 Series LAVAMAT is a practical solution for small spaces and singles, but its modest energy performance and limited functionality make it less competitive in today's market.
