Verdict

Candy Smart CSWS 43642DE is well suited to small families thanks to its 6kg washing and 4kg drying capacity, supported by smart features such as automatic load balancing, NFC connectivity, wash assistance and Easy Iron with steam. Includes 13 washing and four drying programmes, with useful extras such as stain-resistance, crease-resistance and Pause & Add function. Water efficiency is excellent, with only 40 liters per wash, and keeps consumption low even in combined cycles. The energy consumed during washing is above average, and the maximum spin speed of 1300 RPM can leave clothes slightly damp. It lacks an inverter motor, does not have an extra rinse function, and the drying times cannot be manually selected. The noise during the spin cycle reaches 78 dB, and the warranty on the motor is limited to two years. Despite these limitations, the machine offers good value for money, compact dimensions and a sufficient level of automation to simplify daily laundry tasks.
