Verdict

LG F4DV509S2E combines excellent drying performance with advanced technologies, reaching a drying capacity of 6 kg, higher than 80% of washer dryers. It supports LG's AI DD technology for fabric-based motion control, Steam+ for hygienic washes and TurboWash for faster cleaning. The appliance includes a clear display, automatic detergent dosing, self-cleaning condenser and Smart Pairing with LG dryers. With 14 programs and dedicated washing/drying cycles, it meets most household needs. Among the disadvantages, it consumes 377 kWh and 75 liters per 100 cycles, which is above average. Home Connect, light in the drum and complete remote diagnostics are also missing. Spin and drying noise levels are moderate, and the price is above average. However, it remains a valid model for those looking for reliable drying with technological features.
